What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your restaurant's success. You'll lead with vision, build an outstanding team, and make critical decisions that impact your people, your guests, and your bottom line.
Your Impact Includes:
Own the operation of the restaurant, leading daily execution of food safety, quality, speed, and hospitality.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and upholds Taco Bell's brand standards.
Coach and inspire your team with clear expectations, regular feedback, and development opportunities.
Create a winning culture focused on teamwork, accountability, inclusion, and recognition.
Monitor and manage P&L, labor, inventory, and other controllables to achieve or exceed performance targets.
Handle guest concerns and escalations with professionalism and care.
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health protocols are consistently followed.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, equipment, and facilities.
Partner with field leadership for business planning, audits, and performance reviews.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a true leader-someone who brings passion, a people-first mindset, and business acumen to everything they do.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR/fast food preferred)
Proven success in leading teams and driving results
Experience managing P&L, labor, inventory, and scheduling
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
A hands-on approach-you lead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years or older
