As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you'll play a key role in running day-to-day operations and setting the tone for team culture, customer service, and restaurant performance. You'll work side-by-side with the General Manager (GM), guiding your crew, making smart business decisions, and helping shape the future of the brand-starting with your restaurant.

What You'll Do - Your Day-to-Day
As AGM, you'll wear many hats-coach, problem-solver, motivator, operator, and more. You'll support your GM and lead by example to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests leave with a smile (and maybe a Baja Blast too).
Your Responsibilities:
Lead shifts with confidence-ensuring food quality, cleanliness, speed, and service excellence.
Model and reinforce Shift Excellence standards and ensure MIC Success Routine is executed with precision.
Train, coach, and motivate team members at all levels to perform their best.
Support performance reviews, provide real-time feedback, and address employee concerns or disciplinary needs as they arise.
Drive hiring and recruiting efforts, partnering with the GM to build a high-performing team rooted in equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Assist with key operations, including cash handling, labor planning, inventory control, and scheduling.
Analyze financial reports, support P&L decisions, and implement action plans to improve results.
Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Be the go-to leader in the RGM's absence-and show what you're capable of every day.

Requirements:
2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience preferred)
Proven ability to support and drive P&L goals and operational efficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-able to coach, develop, and inspire others
Passion for Taco Bell's culture and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging
Comfortable with conflict resolution, team recognition, and goal setting
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 18 years or older
