ManpowerGroup Senior UX Designer in Spring, Texas

Our client, a leading enterprise technology organization, is seeking a UX Designer III to join their team. As a UX Designer III, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting enterprise product solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UX Designer III

Location: Spring, TX

Pay Range: 75-80 W2

What's the Job?

  • Own UX design for complex enterprise product areas from early concept through delivery

  • Design task-driven, workflow-heavy experiences that support efficiency, accuracy, and scale

  • Translate requirements, research insights, and constraints into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Design for complex states, permissions, roles, edge cases, and data-rich interfaces

  • Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across products

What's Needed?

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong enterprise UX design work across complex products or platforms

  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)

  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles

  • Experience designing for data-heavy interfaces, complex workflows, or role-based systems

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
