Our client, a prominent player in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance Worker (Hotel) to join their team. As a Part-Time Maintenance Worker (Hotel), you will be an essential part of the maintenance department, supporting the overall upkeep and functionality of the hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition
Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on completed work
What's Needed?
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
