ManpowerGroup Data Engineer - AI/Datawarehouse in Spring, Texas
Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking an AI Data Engineer to join their team. As an AI Data Engineer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting data modeling, pipeline development, and AI/ML integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Spring, Texas (On-site work only)

What's the Job?
Prepare, structure, and optimize datasets for AI/ML training and inference.
Build and maintain data pipelines supporting AI/ML workflows, including feature engineering and model monitoring.
Integrate predictive models and AI-driven insights into Power BI dashboards.
Develop and optimize ETL processes using DBT and Azure Data Factory.
Collaborate with data modelers to design scalable data models, including star and snowflake schemas.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in SQL, DBT, Azure Data Factory, DAX, Power BI, and Snowflake.
Experience embedding AI/ML models into data pipelines and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and Snowflake optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Python or R for AI/ML applications (preferred).
Relevant certifications such as PL-300, DP-203, SnowPro certifications, or AI-102 are advantageous.
