Job Title: Data & Systems Coordinator
Location: Gregory, TX (On-site)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

Overview
Our client, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking an OIMS Data & Systems Coordinator to support their Technical organization. This role focuses on OIMS data management, risk assessment support, incident tracking administration, and Management of Change (MOC) coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as site OIMS data entry and database expert
Support risk assessments and HAZOP preparation
Manage action item entry and tracking
Provide GMOC coordination support
Lead site administration for the IMPACT incident tracking system (access management, role assignments, reporting)
Pull reports and maintain data accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
Entry-level candidates with relevant degree considered
Required Skills
Strong data entry and database experience (MS Access or similar)
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
SAP experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
