Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Contract & Onboarding Operations Lead to manage MPS and MDS onboarding for NA AMS region . The role will act as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contract management processes, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with SOX controls, and effective collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners.
This position will also lead operational teams, manage Contractual pre-invoicing activities, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead NA AMS Contract & Onboarding operations for MPS and MDS programs ensuring smooth and timely onboarding.
Serve as a SME for Contract Management , supporting business teams with operational guidance and issue resolution.
Manage SOX control escalations related to IMACD and RITM processes and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Provide War Room leadership and operational support during CBA post-migration stabilization.
Oversee post-migration error handling , coordinating with IT and operations teams for quick resolution.
Manage Wipro pre-invoicing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within Wipro Carepack SRG operations.
Partner with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to resolve system issues and operational fallouts.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration .
Knowledge of SOX compliance, operational governance, and vendor management preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvement initiatives .
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
8+ years of work experience, preferably in operations, contract management, service delivery, or a related field.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
