Adecco US, Inc. Senior Processing Technician in Spring Hill, Tennessee
Position Summary
The Process Technician is responsible for mold changes, machine startup, and maintaining efficient production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
Set molds and start injection molding machines
Monitor production and ensure product quality
Troubleshoot minor process and tooling issues
Perform mold, color, and material changeovers (SMED)
Record downtime, scrap, and production data
Support continuous improvement and waste reduction efforts
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Technical Skills
Experience with injection molding machines and processing parameters
Ability to troubleshoot defects (flash, short shots, burns, etc.)
Knowledge of robotics (Sepro/Engel preferred) and EOAT
Familiarity with resins such as PP, ABS, Nylon, and blends
Ability to operate cranes and perform safe mold changes
Basic preventive maintenance knowledge
Qualifications
3+ years of injection molding or manufacturing experience
Technical training or certification preferred
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Additional Details
Must be flexible to support production needs
Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Pay Details: $33.92 per hour
