Job Title: Quality Auditor
Job Description
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the site's Integrated Management System to ensure full compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, IATF, and ISO). This role acts as a bridge between plant operations and corporate quality strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and continuous update of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the plant, ensuring policies and procedures are effectively deployed.
Ensure adherence to control plans and process standards on the production floor.
Coordinate and lead the internal audit planning for systems, processes, and products.
Manage external certification audits and track the closure of non-conformities.
Monitor and report on Quality KPIs, lead management reviews, and ensure the site meets all customer-specific requirements.
Partner with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Industrial Engineering teams to embed safety and environmental standards into daily manufacturing workflows.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives (e.g., 8D, 5-Why) to address system failures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3–5 years in automotive quality management or systems engineering.
Proficiency with automotive core tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC) and document control software.
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/IATF is highly preferred.

Work Environment
This position is set in an automotive manufacturing environment. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of Spring Hill, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
