Insight Global Process Engineer in Spring Hill, Tennessee
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineer to work 6 AM-3 PM in Spring Hill, TN. You will be joining a team overseeing the requirements for fastening processes to ensure requirements are accurately documented. Will maintain database and process strategy list for each product launch. The job involves working with a database that takes specifications from product engineering. The analyst links these specifications to specific assembly line stations and the corresponding tools used to fasten components to the required torque. This meticulous record-keeping spans thousands of rows. Must be strong in Excel. The role requires examining part numbers, part specifications, and torque values for various components. Additionally, the analyst correlates this information with tool identifiers and programming characteristics (such as speed, RPMs, and pass/fail criteria). The analyst must be responsive to changes on the floor. If something isn't functioning correctly, troubleshooting becomes necessary.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or quality engineering
2-5+ years experience with manufacturing, quality control/quality engineering, and analytics
Strong Excel experience - including formulas, experience sorting, filtering
Attention to detail & strong problem solving ability
Comfortable being onsite Monday- Friday Automotive manufacturing background preferred
