ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician IV in Spring Hill, Florida
Our client, an industry leader in power generation and industrial operations, is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician IV, you will be part of the Operations & Maintenance department supporting the Shady Hills Peaking Facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Spring Hill, FL
What's the Job?
Start and operate plant equipment as required by testing or dispatch.
Repair and maintain plant equipment following vendor recommendations and established procedures.
Accurately calibrate devices using test equipment.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the site's CMMS system.
Complete logs, records, and work orders via the CMMS system, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a combined or simple cycle power plant or related industrial environment.
Minimum 2 years prior training and knowledge of Digital Control Systems and ability to modify computer programs.
Minimum 2 years electrical and instrumentation experience involving industrial equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work in hot and cold environments, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
