Reliability Technician (SKF USA Inc. / Spring Grove, PA) -- Perform routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools; analyze vibration data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of machine health; provide detailed reports on findings and recommend maintenance actions; collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance; stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in vibration analysis; ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during all activities. Requires two years of experience in job offered or as Full Monitoring Technician. Background in education, training or experience must include experience in vibration analysis; proven skills in rotor balancing; demonstrated ability to perform laser shaft alignment; interrupt bearing sound signatures; strong background in bearing installation including gear boxes as well as pump systems; demonstrated ability to communicate with customers regarding machine issues and resolution; background must include condition monitoring.
