We’re seeking a hands?on Mechanical Supervisor to lead daily mechanical maintenance operations in a fast?paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible role for a safety?driven leader who excels at developing teams, improving reliability, and keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a skilled team of mechanical technicians through onboarding, training, succession planning, and performance management
Champion a safety?first culture, ensuring compliance, incident investigations, and environmental standards
Oversee daily shop operations, coordinating maintenance, repairs, installations, and outages
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and Planning teams to schedule work and control downtime
Monitor backlog, job feedback, and schedule adherence to continuously improve maintenance effectiveness
Manage maintenance budgets, purchase requisitions, invoices, and discretionary spend
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including PM/PdM, reliability programs, 6S, RCFA, and asset management
Serve in the on?call supervisor rotation and support operations during critical events
What You Bring
Journeyman certification (or equivalent hands?on mechanical experience)
5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead people, resolve conflict, and communicate across all levels of an organization
Strong working knowledge of SAP / SAP?PM or comparable CMMS systems
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Mechanical aptitude including reading drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
Commitment to safety and ability to wear required PPE
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
