Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented Hydraulic and Electrical Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will follow work instructions and blueprints to align, fit, and assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools. You will also be responsible for preparing parts using both manual and automated equipment, testing completed assemblies to ensure exceptional performance, serializing components, and maintaining accurate workflow. Additionally, will measure, cut, strip, tin, solder wire and connectors, install wire sheathing, heat shrink, insulation, epoxy, and more.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with power tools and hand tools, as well as using measurement tools.

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, or willingness to learn.

  • At least one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Open to entry level/technical school training.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Experience in packaging is a plus.

  • JSTD certification is a plus.

Work Environment

The shop is well-organized, clean, and equipped with fans, though it is not temperature-controlled and may get cold in winter and hot in summer. Company hours are from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime of 5 to 10 hours per week. Steel-toed footwear is required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Spring City, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.

$150/month for perfect attendance and an additional opportunity to be entered into a drawing for $1,000 for perfect attendance in a quarter BCBS medical plans Dental and Vision options Paid holidays Earned PTO 401k plan with an employer match.
