Luxury Bath of Richmond is looking for a Call Center Representative for our Fredericksburg, VA market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Join a team of professionals, earn a strong income, and make a positive impact by helping homeowners improve their homes.
General Purpose
Strong customer service skills are a must. You will contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and handle inbound calls from advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
Adjust scripts to meet the needs of individual customers
Handle homeowner questions and overcome objections
Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
Schedule appointments over the phone
Input appointment details into the system accurately
Record important details from conversations
Confirm appointments set by canvassers or sales representatives
Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
Conduct quality control calls
Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to ads
Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
Maintain and update lead information and reports
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus
Experience in telemarketing, call center, sales, or promotions preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Product knowledge will be provided through training
