Spherion Staffing & Recruiting Warehouse Picker - PT Weekends in Spokane, Washington
Spherion Staffing is looking to fill multiple Warehouse Picker positions at the Medical Lake Exit area. These positions start entry level in warehouse picking and pulling product to be shipped out. Part-Time Weekends: Sat/Sun 10am - 8:30pm
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, Washington paid sick leave, an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and wrap customer orders; process, verify, and load shipments accurately.
Inventory Control: Use hand-held scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, update locations, and conduct cycle counts.
Receiving & Processing: Unload incoming inventory, inspect for damages, and stock shelves.
Safety & Maintenance: Strictly follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work area (housekeeping).
Working hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Previous RF Scanner experience preferred not required

Qualifications:
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Walking and standing on feet for 8 hours
1+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
