Description Under the general direction of the Manager of Support Services, the Food Services Specialist assist in managing and coordinating the operation of a large and/or multiple food service production/service unit(s). Prepares and serves food as needed. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Completion of a food service-related program, such as hotel and/or restaurant management., Or Certified Dietary Manager or 4 years of food service institutional or restaurant management experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
