NOW HIRING: Concrete Precast & Construction Crew – $20–$25/hr – START ASAP!

Aerotek is partnering with a long‑established, family‑owned precast concrete company to hire multiple Precast / Concrete Construction Workers . What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help build everything from stairs and beams to septic tanks, vaults, retaining walls, and custom concrete structures used across the region. Every day is different, fast‑paced, and hands‑on.

Your day may include:

• Assembling metal forms for concrete slabs, stairs, beams, and custom products

• Preparing, cleaning, and inspecting molds before each pour

• Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete

• Climbing in/out of 5–6 ft forms (great for people who like active work)

• Using hand tools and power tools for form building and adjustments

• Stripping forms after curing and protecting product quality

• Working with a crew of 5–10 to hit daily production goals

• Keeping the shop clean and safe

• Supporting all stages of precast and pre‑stressed concrete production

What You Bring

• Ability to lift 60 lbs regularly

• Comfortable climbing, kneeling, bending, and working on your feet

• Able to read a tape measure down to 1/16"

• Experience with hand tools & power tools

• Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, industrial environment

• Reliable, team‑oriented, and willing to learn

Bonus skills (not required):

Concrete finishing, blueprint reading, carpentry, crane operation, welding, maintenance, or QC experience.

Pay & Shift

• $20–$25/hr depending on experience

? Work Environment

You’ll work inside a large precast manufacturing facility producing:

• Burial vaults

• Stairways

• Septic & water tanks

• Manholes & drainage products

• Retaining walls

• Park restrooms

• Light pole bases

• Custom concrete structures

Expect a busy, industrial, hands‑on environment with concrete dust, splatter, and heavy equipment. PPE is provided and required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
