Licensed Practical Nurses- Join the North Central Team! * *Location: North Central Care & Rehabilitation, 1812 N. Wall Street Spokane, WA 99205 Schedule:
Evening Shift -- 2:00pm to 10:30pm
Day/Evening Split Shift- 2 days/3 eves, 3 days/2 eves
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN

What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists and other care team members
- Administer medications, monitor resident status, and maintain accurate documentation
Support residents in achieving their recovery goals

Qualifications
- Current Washington LPN license or State Compact License
- Current BLS Card
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach
- Dependable and efficient with excellent teamwork
Previous long-term care or rehab experience a plus
