Providence St. Joseph Health Health Services Coordinator in Spokane, Washington

Description We are hiring for multiple Health Services Coordinator opportunities. This posting is for multiple openings of Health Services Coordinator supporting Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center and working onsite at either St. Luke's Rehab in Spokane, WA or Kadlec Clinic in Richland, WA. Available Locations: St. Luke's Rehab in Spokane, WA, Kadlec Clinic in Richland, WA Available Job Type: Full Time Available Shift: Day Under the general direction of the COHE Manager, the Health Services Coordinator (HSC) plays a critical role within the COHE by working directly with injured workers, employers, health care providers, and other program participants to navigate the WA worker's compensation system. This work includes functioning as a liaison on behalf of the attending provider, and facilitating communication between the injured worker, employer, and claim manager ensuring questions and issues are addressed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Or equivalent education/experience Coursework/Training: Within 30 days of hire - Successful completion of L&I required training and testing. Must maintain a record with no reported issues from the L&I agency. 3 years experience in direct patient care, return-to-work coordination, occupational health care, or equivalent experience. Experience in Data management and tracking. Experience in completing care coordination or similar documentation. Experience in analyzing and communicating provider, care coordinator, and best practice reporting data. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree 1 year experience as a Vocational Counselor, Nurse Case Manager, or accredited Case Manager working with injured workers in an industrial insurance system or health care setting, or equivalent experience in a health care setting such as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
