Key Responsibilities:

• [Assist in overseeing daily production operations of field crews to ensure efficiency and quality work.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Support and communicate with crews when issues or changes arise to maintain workflow and safety.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely communication.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Help inspect materials, tools, and equipment before they leave for job sites.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Qualifications:

• [Previous experience in construction, field operations, or crew supervision preferred.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Physical Demands:
