Competitive pay- $105,000.00-$125,000.00/year
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality care with warmth and empathy
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists and other care team members
- Maintains a clinical caseload
- Support residents in achieving their recovery goals
- Identifies program development needs of the community and implements appropriate programs.
- Responsible for recruiting and retaining all rehabilitation service personnel
- Ensures effective orientation and on-the-job training for all rehabilitation service personnel
- Promotes positive employee relations by facilitating an atmosphere of open commination and problem solving
- Responsible for conducting performance appraisals of all rehabilitation service personnel
- Responsible for all aspects of operations of rehabilitation service at facility level
Works with finance personnel in reconciling billing to ensure accuracy.

Education/Training: Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree, Master's Degree or an Associate's Degree in and allied health field. Assumes responsibility for ongoing education and professional development.
Skills: Moderate reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; proficient in interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills, ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pound or less.
Qualifications
- Current Washington Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS Card
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach
- Dependable and efficient with excellent teamwork
- Previous long-term care or rehab experience a plus
