Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Precision Assembly: Assemble and install furniture to specifications, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and project accuracy.
- Project Execution: Interpret and execute designs from blueprints (and GIZA drawings, a plus) to guide successful installations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and pallet jacks (experience preferred).
- Team Support: Contribute to team strength by assisting with the onboarding and development of new associates.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively use strong problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve urgent worksite challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain efficiency and quality standards regardless of worksite complexity or conditions.
What You Bring (Skills & Experience)
- Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED (or equivalent). 2+ years of solid warehouse experience is a major plus.
- Communication: Excellent skills for interacting effectively with team members and clients.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively; a proactive approach with initiative and drive.

Requirements & Logistics
- Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with heavy lifting, stair carries, prolonged standing, and working in all outdoor weather conditions (heat, snow, ice).
- Essentials: Must own your tools, maintain an active smartphone, and have reliable, insured transportation (valid driver's license and insurable record required).
- Travel: Flexibility to travel for out-of-area projects (2+ hours away), including occasional weekends and overnight stays. Per diem is provided for all travel costs.
