Machine Operator

What You'll Do:
- Perform basic machine operating and general labor duties
- Operate equipment including shears, press brakes, stamping machines, and CNC equipment
- Deburr and clean parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and interpret basic part drawings/blueprints for accurate production
- Count, stack, and move materials efficiently throughout the facility
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of machine operation experience
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints/part drawings
- Proficiency using tape measures and calipers
- Comfortable working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
