Precast Concrete Laborer – Immediate Hiring
Aerotek Is Hiring Immediately!
Aerotek is hiring motivated Precast Concrete Laborers to support all phases of precast concrete production. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with strong pay, consistent overtime, and real room for growth.
Duties
Assist with all phases of precast concrete production
Build and strip concrete forms
Tie rebar and position embeds
Move materials throughout the facility
Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe work area
Receive on‑the‑job training (provided for candidates with less experience)
Requirements
At least 1 year of labor or concrete experience required
Precast or construction experience preferred
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered
Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Details
Day shift available with consistent overtime opportunities
Full‑time, long‑term position
Pay: $23–$25/hr (based on experience)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.00/hr.
