Description
We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Spokane Valley, Washington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in repetitive tasks and thrive in structured systems.
You must be comfortable learning new systems. You will be assisting with data entry related to a data migration project. This is a full-time contract, immediate opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Upload and attach three standardized reports into the designated system for each assigned request.
• Accurately complete and submit required forms while adhering to established guidelines.
• Transfer records between internal systems, ensuring all documentation is properly organized and completed.
• Follow predefined procedures and workflows within a unified system environment.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity.
• Manage daily workloads efficiently while meeting processing deadlines.
• Handle a consistent volume of tasks with reliability and precision.
Requirements • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to repeatable processes.
• Proficient in working with internal systems and digital tools.
• Skilled in completing form-based tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Reliable and self-motivated to manage routine responsibilities independently.
• Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or operational support roles preferred.
• Comfortable performing data entry tasks without the use of Excel.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality standards.
