Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in customer service and financial operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and current documentation of financial records.
• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciling financial data.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor accounts for discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports and analyses.
• Support the implementation of best practices for accounts receivable management. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in an accounts receivable role.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in data entry tasks and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
