Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Worker
Location: Spirit Lake, IA
Pay: $22.79/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:25 PM – 2:55 AM
About the Role:
Join our team as a Production Worker and play a vital role in manufacturing custom hydraulic cylinders used in agriculture, construction, transportation, and military industries. We value hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC and manual machines, robotic welders, and other specialized equipment
Conduct inspections using gauges and measuring tools to ensure quality
Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and finished products safely
Prepare surfaces for painting, assist with mixing and applying paint, and inspect finished products
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Requirements:
Strong work history with reliable attendance
Manufacturing experience preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand frequently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
