    Your Role: Service Superintendent

    The Service Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and installation of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical systems across multiple locations or projects.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, mentoring, and supervising service technicians and junior leaders within the department.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex scenarios, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients across all regions.

  • Overseeing the management of service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings.

  • Coordinating daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as required by senior leadership.

  • Supporting the company’s commercial construction operations as needed and ensuring seamless integration with service operations.

  • Promoting the company’s visibility and positive image within the community and industry.

  • Leading the development and implementation of training programs for service technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements across all service operations.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned by senior management.

    Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years in the electrical service field, including commercial/industrial maintenance or service.

  • 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably overseeing multiple projects or teams.

  • Experience in related fields such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting/appliance repair, and low voltage or telecommunication installations is highly valued.
