Your Role: Service Superintendent
The Service Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and installation of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical systems across multiple locations or projects.
Key Responsibilities
Managing, mentoring, and supervising service technicians and junior leaders within the department.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex scenarios, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients across all regions.
Overseeing the management of service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings.
Coordinating daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as required by senior leadership.
Supporting the company’s commercial construction operations as needed and ensuring seamless integration with service operations.
Promoting the company’s visibility and positive image within the community and industry.
Leading the development and implementation of training programs for service technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements across all service operations.
Performing additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in the electrical service field, including commercial/industrial maintenance or service.
5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably overseeing multiple projects or teams.
Experience in related fields such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting/appliance repair, and low voltage or telecommunication installations is highly valued.
