Your Role: Procurement Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Procurement Administrator to support our electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in procurement, supply chain, or construction operations. In-depth training will be provided, and no prior electrical construction experience is required.
You will learn how to create material submittals, interpret construction documents, negotiate material packages, track deliveries, and communicate with vendors and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Create and organize electrical material submittals
Request and distribute material tracking updates.
Compile project closeout documentation.
Negotiate small to medium-size material packages under guidance.
Assist with commodity price tracking and reporting.
Engage professionally with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and ability to retain new information
Solid customer service and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and professional
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Experience with electrical construction or electrical materials (ideal but not required)
Familiarity with procurement or administrative support roles
