Job Summary
The Camp Texlake Assistant Manager of Operations ensures the effective operation of Camp Texlake by leading logistics, food service management, facility preparedness, and operational staffing. In partnership with the Camp Texlake Manager, this role ensures adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, and accreditation standards. The position plays a vital role in maintaining a well run, mission aligned camp environment that supports outstanding camper and guest experiences.
Job Qualifications
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recreational program planning, youth development, or a related field.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple staff and activities simultaneously.
