Truck Driver Class A - Local Hauls - Starting at $19/hr
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
Aventure Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver for local hauls with a consistent Monday through Friday, daytime schedule—no nights or weekends required. The ideal candidate will have experience with local or regional deliveries, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. This position offers home-daily routes with competitive hourly pay starting at $19/hr and up, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate a Class A or B commercial vehicle
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer paperwork
Communicate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
Follow all DOT, local, and company safety regulations
Provide professional, courteous service to customers
Report any issues with vehicle or deliveries promptly.
Be able to lift heavy items frequently
Handle manual transmission vehicles with proficiency.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while on the road.
Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated.
Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles.
Be reliable with good attendance history
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Be able to work in a variety of seasonal climate
