Description
What You'll Do:
Supports all activities in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and food safety management system.
Report any quality and/or food safety problems to personnel of authority to initiate action.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming resin materials, verifying their quality and conformity to specifications.
Transport resin materials to designated production areas, ensuring timely availability.
Monitor resin levels in hoppers, silos, or storage tanks to prevent production interruptions.
Accurately measure and dispense resin materials according to production requirements, following established formulas and guidelines.
Maintain precise records of resin usage and ensure proper documentation for traceability.
Collaborate closely with production teams to provide resin materials as needed for the manufacturing process.
Anticipate resin material needs based on production schedules and communicate requirements.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, hoists, or automated systems, to transport and dispense resin materials safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure functionality.
Conduct visual inspections of resin materials to identify any irregularities or contaminants.
Report any quality concerns to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Maintain accurate records of resin inventory levels and material movements.
Collaborate with inventory control teams to perform regular cycle counts and support inventory audits.
Identify opportunities to enhance resin handling processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
Communicate effectively with production teams, supervisors, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth resin material flow.
What You Bring:
High school Diploma or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 1 year experience with material handling equipment, such as forklifts, hoists, or automated systems
Previous experience in resin handling or material control within a manufacturing setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and recording resin materials
Self-starter
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Physical capability to lift and move resin containers; ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., as needed
Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse team members and departments
Must be able to work in a team environment
Proficient with the English language
Mechanical Aptitude
Computer Literacy
Ability to Read and Comprehend standard operating procedures and work instructions
