MONROE COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES Administrative Assistant-Clerk of Court in SPARTA, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our Administrative Assistant serves as receptionist for the department by accepting and screening incoming telephone calls and public walk-ins. This position completes search requests, prepares vouchers for copies as well as quarterly copy billings, and receipts for criminal searches through mail and walk-ins. This position also assists the Clerk of Court in preparing records for transmittal to the court of appeals. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates will have graduated from high school and are preferred to have one year court-related experience.
