MIRAGE LANDSCAPING Landscape Laborer in SPANISH FORK, Utah
Mirage Landscaping, LLC. located in Spanish Fork, UT 208-847-5505 is hiring 8, full time Landscape Laborers starting on 4/01/2026.
DUTIES: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Participate in all areas of lawn such as mowing, trimming, edging. Install new landscape by sod laying, planting trees and shrubs, watering, digging, raking, grading, irrigation system installation. Must be 18 due to equipment use. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs (possible 2-person). All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat/cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and /or overtime.
TERMS and CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: THE CURRENT RECRUITMENT IS INTENDED FOR U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY. Workers will be paid no less than $33,384.00/ Yr. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Overtime and weekends may be available depending on weather and work load. No education required. Employer will make all deductions required by law from each paycheck. Workers will be paid weekly. Raises and/or bonuses at employers discretion. Opportunity for higher pay dependent upon experience. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Employer will provide, without charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total employment period. The offered wage equals or exceeds the highest of the prevailing wage that was issued by DOL. This job is in connection with a future PERM Foreign Labor Certification application.
