Prepare food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients. Cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. Plating prepared foods based on senior chefs\' guidance. Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils, etc. And sorting equipment at the end of the shifts.Ensuring thatthe kitchen operation procedure and hygiene. Meet food safety standards and regulations. Help with the dishes. The line cooks will assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations to include: utensils, plates, pots, and pans for the chef; ingredients to prepare, including vegetables and fruits, mixing dressings, and slicing meats, breads, and cheeses; and foods to cook, including soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta. Kitchen floors,stoveand,counters will be washed and cleaned using soap,spongesand mops. The line cooks will wash pots, pans, knives, andcookingutensils by hand using hot water, sponges, steel wool, and soap. They will help with dishes by rinsing plates and silverware with water and loading them into the dishwasher. They will sort and put away pots, pans, knives, and cooking utensils at kitchen stations.40 hoursper week. Varying number of hours per workday depending on shift. Shift and days vary, between 6:30 am 3:30 pm or 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Up to10 ofOT hours possible. No minimum educationrequired. 12 months of experience isrequired. No other requirements for employment. The employee will not supervise other workers. Travel will not berequired. Work will be performed in the following counties: Hancock. Wage: \$20.30/hr OT Wage: \$30.45/hr. Workerspaidweekly. Optional board/lodging available at a cost to be deducted from pay if elected being \$130/week with aone timedeposit that is \$130 and will be returned after the work period has ended.
