Within Advisor Services Technology (AST) Operations, this role plays a critical part in strengthening infrastructure resilience, security, and execution across platforms that support independent advisors and their clients.
As a Senior Manager, IT Program Management, you will lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that modernize infrastructure planning, enhance application security, and improve operational execution. You will translate strategy into action—partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to drive outcomes that improve stability, scalability, and client trust. What You’ll Do
Lead multiple infrastructure and security initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering results in a dynamic, distributed environment
Drive program execution that reduces application and server vulnerabilities while aligning with enterprise standards
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to prioritize and remediate risks across the technology lifecycle
Design, streamline, and continuously improve vulnerability assessment, remediation, and infrastructure governance processes
Own application security tracking, remediation planning, and infrastructure readiness across AST platforms
Develop and manage short‑ and long‑term program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks
Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior technology and business leaders
Lead resiliency, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives to strengthen operational readiness
Remove execution roadblocks, align stakeholders, and foster accountability across cross‑functional teams
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making
What you have
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
8+ years of experience leading technology or infrastructure programs involving requirements gathering, workflow design, and operational process improvement
Ability to lead complex initiatives by translating strategy into structured, executable plans
Demonstrated skill in partnering across engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver outcomes
Strong capability to assess risk, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in ambiguous or evolving environments
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience managing application or infrastructure security initiatives, including vulnerability remediation and risk tracking
Preferred Qualifications
Skill in modern program or project management approaches, including Agile or Kanban‑based delivery models
Experience supporting infrastructure lifecycles such as server provisioning, operating system upgrades, and platform modernization
Familiarity with secure development practices and application security tools
Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure components such as networking, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and disaster recovery
Experience using collaboration and planning tools to manage work, visualize progress, and enable transparency
Certification or training in IT service management, process improvement, or related disciplines
