RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform machine and systems troubleshooting and repair; assist with specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems.

  • Conduct diagnostic checks on automated equipment; isolate issues with sensors, controllers, encoders, servomotors, and servo valves.

  • Make repairs to production equipment using skills in controls, electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, piping, drawings, and hand tools.

  • Complete start‑up paperwork such as process parameters, traceability, and start‑up checklists.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of tools and components used for mechanical system maintenance and repair.

  • Ability to troubleshoot simple to complex motor control relays, contactors, and jog circuits.

  • Experience with automated and semi‑automated machinery.

  • Strong judgment when resolving technical and troubleshooting issues.

Pay Details: $28.50 per hour
