Job Responsibilities • Interacting with guests via phone, email, video, and online chat to answer questions and encourage visits • Active selling of vehicle benefits and features and dealership before a guest comes to the dealership • Excellent guest service and communication skills, giving advice and providing real solutions • Being the first friendly voice in one of the largest purchase decisions our guests make in their lives • Use of state-of-the-art online technology (including video) to follow up with our guests and provide unique, memorable responses • Quoting lease and purchase payments to customers using our state-of-the-art desking calculation system
