Production Operator
We have an opportunity for a Production Operator to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea , where you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).
This is a permanent role, based fully onsite in Southend, and will follow the below rotational shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 12:30am, Friday 2pm – 7pm

Key Responsibilities
To manually & automatically assemble products
Completion of First offs quality samples and complete quality documentation
Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment
Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes
Actively support waste reduction initiatives
Ideally be able to read & understand Quality documentation
Adhere to Health & Safety standards
Key Skills and Qualifications
Able to operate within a high-volume production/ manufacturing environment
To be fully committed to achieving the team’s objectives and targets
To be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative, and as part of a team
Used to working with high standard of quality control
Good communicator at all levels
