Seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to support high‑profile Biotech/Biopharm and Semiconductor projects across the Northeast. Work includes both ground-up construction and complex renovation environments with heavy exposure to FDA-regulated process systems (not traditional HVAC).
### Responsibilities
Support project managers on day‑to‑day operations
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation
Assist in developing and managing schedules
Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors
Help ensure compliance with FDA and industry standards
Participate in onsite or periodic travel assignments as needed

Skills and Requirements
Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Procore
Understanding of construction submittal processes
Ability to assist with project schedules
Willingness to travel across the Northeast
(Projects in Maryland, Rhode Island, New York; typically within 40 min of the Southborough office when local)
Professional attitude, team orientation, and eagerness to learn - Knowledge of Process Mechanical Systems for BioPharm/Semiconductor
Materials of construction experience for FDA environments
Mechanical Engineering degree (ideal for new grads)
Field experience in construction or facilities
