ManpowerGroup Warehouse Operator in Southaven, Mississippi
Our client, a logistics and distribution company , is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control Teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong communication skills , and a team-oriented mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.75/hour (based on shift and experience)
What’s the Job?
Operate material handling equipment such as stand-up dock trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, or tuggers (as applicable)
Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, auditing, loading, replenishment, and receiving/putaway
Stock, break down shipments, and process returns (assistant-level duties)
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counting
Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues and maintain workflow
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment
Experience operating material handling equipment (minimum of one: stand-up dock truck, order picker, reach truck, or tugger)
Basic computer skills, including warehouse management systems experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
