ManpowerGroup Forklift Operator in Southaven, Mississippi
Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Southaven, MS
Pay Range: 16.75/hr
Shifts:
3rd Shift: 11 pm - 7:30 am (Sunday night - Friday morning)
1st Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm Mon-Fri
2nd Shift: 3 pm - 11:30 pm Mon-Fri
What's the Job?
Operate forklift equipment such as dock stock or reach trucks to move materials efficiently and safely.
Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Perform routine safety checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support team productivity.
What's Needed?
At least one year of recent experience operating forklift equipment, (dock stock or reach trucks.)
Proficiency in operating stand up lift trucks.
Valid forklift certification
Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented attitude.
