Blue Rock Golf Course in South Yarmouth is seeking dynamic Outside Services Attendants to join our team at Blue Rock Golf Course who will be responsible for organizing, starting and monitoring golf play. Job Description: Assist golfers in starting their round, including the organization and assignment of golf carts and tee time starting order. The Outside Services Attendant assists in golf bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. Promote club events, golf course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience and ensure they enjoy all the golf course amenities. Collaborate with other golf operations staff, including other range attendants, marshals, and starters, to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout the day. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for providing outstanding customer service as a golf starter and golf marshal. The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for staging, marshaling and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces, ensuring they are neat, safe, and free of debris. Assist other team members as needed in the daily operation of the golf course. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
