We are seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Architect to join our collaborative, design‑driven team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that make a real environmental and community impact—from site planning and land development to wetlands enhancement and sustainable design solutions.
In this role, you’ll be hands‑on in every stage of the design process, working closely with clients, municipalities, and internal teams while mentoring junior staff and helping them grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to master planning and site and landscape architectural design using AutoCAD
Design wetlands enhancement and creation projects with environmental stewardship in mind
Perform site visits for analysis, data collection, monitoring, and soils testing related to septic and stormwater systems
Collaborate directly with clients, community officials, and multidisciplinary consultants
Present designs and site plans to local regulatory boards and commissions
Help cultivate a supportive learning environment, mentoring supervised staff and supporting their career development
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Licensed Professional Landscape Architect
BS or MS in Landscape Architecture from a LAAB‑accredited program
Strong AutoCAD proficiency
Experience with site design, including grading and site lighting
Solid grounding in landscape architecture and land planning principles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Civil 3D
Experience in land development
Professional licensure in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Windsor, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $60.00/hr.
