A Complex HR Manager is responsible for assisting the Director in the direction and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative with many different teams on properties with a focus on training, labor management, and recognition programs to build a strong service culture.
- Previous experience with five or more years of Human Resources Management is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Team, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong time management, organization and leadership skills are required to be successful in managing two properties with sharp focus on business acumens.
- Working on site, spending equal time at both hotels.
- HR certification is a plus.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between $75K - $90K/year and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
