Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:
Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed
Tracking and assembling of all parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time
Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production
Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma/GED
18 years of age or older
2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience
Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule
Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in production maintenance
Ability to read and understand mechanical prints/schematics
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
