Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed

  • Tracking and assembling of all parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time

  • Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production

  • Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED

  • 18 years of age or older

  • 2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience

  • Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule

  • Flexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in production maintenance

  • Ability to read and understand mechanical prints/schematics

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
