Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in South Portland, Maine. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate data records and supporting administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and spreadsheets.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and manage data reports.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and learn new tools or systems as required.
• Assist in compiling and organizing information for reports and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support related to data entry and administrative tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with typing and numeric data entry.
