Our retail client is looking for a Project Manager to assist their team in managing and supporting workflows.

This will be fully remote for 30 hours per week, beginning April 1 for at least 3 months. Must be based in PST or MST time zone to be considered.

What you will be doing as a Project Manager: -Plan milestones and timelines for large-scale programs primarily in retail and packaging projects (e.g., in-store signage, marketing/sales assets, product guidelines)  -Maintain project tracking, sprint planning, ticket management, and reporting within Airtable  -Initiates/schedules kick-off meetings with applicable team members and cross-functional teams -Ensure that all stakeholders are notified of any shifts in schedule -Identify opportunities to improve Airtable structure, automations, and integrations to better support team workflows  -QA of all creative to ensure deliverables meet requirements -Prepare creative for approvals -Partner with Creative Leads to ensure seamless intake and management of creative requests -Lead hands-on project management for key creative initiatives -Maintain accurate project lists and status updates across all creative workstreams -Ensure all critical project information, revisions, and updates are properly documented in Airtable  -Provide proactive communication and visibility to Creative Directors and the Manager, Creative Operations. -Attend weekly and bi-weekly meetings

What you need to know as a Project Manager: -3+ years' experience in Project Management -PMP certification is a plus -Proven experience in managing large projects with direct client access from inception to project closeout -Experience in managing retail (primary) and packaging projects  -Airtable experience is strongly preferred -Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) -Graphics software application knowledge a plus: Adobe Packages (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) -Interest or experience using AI-powered tools to improve project workflows, documentation, or operational processes
