Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $80/hr – South Holland, IL – Full School-Year Assignment
Position Overview:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst supports behavioral, academic, and social-emotional programming across a district-wide consultative model. This role provides behavioral evaluations, develops and oversees Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), mentors and trains educators and support staff, and ensures high-quality behavior-analytic service delivery for high-school and transition-age students.
Assignment Details:
Location: South Holland, IL
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Duration: 1 full school year
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week (7:30 a.m.–3:05 p.m.)
Breaks: 30-minute paid break
Pay Rate: $80/hour
Modality: In-person
Openings: 2 positions
Details of Assignment:
Part of a district-wide BCBA + RBT consultative team
Primary focus: coaching staff, mentoring educators, training teams, and improving programming
Continues to provide direct student support as needed
Supports high-school and transition-age students
BCBA may rotate between two campuses per week, depending on needs
ESY work may be hybrid, returning to full in-person afterward
District guarantees 40 billable hours weekly
Phone screening required prior to client interview
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans
Coach and mentor school staff on behavior-analytic practices
Support RBTs and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Provide professional development and training sessions
Assist with program development and refinement
Document services and maintain compliance with district and state standards
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification (required)
Minimum 2+ years BCBA experience
School-based experience preferred but not required
Must be flexible, collaborative, and open to supporting multiple sites
CPR, TB screening, and health certificate if required
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
